Enphysio

Beckenham Therapy Rooms, Bromley Road, Beckenham, BR3 5NP, United Kingdom

I am a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with over 10 years' experience evaluating and treating women with pelvic health conditions.

I qualified as a Physiotherapist from King's College London, University of London in 2004. Since then I have worked at three of London’s teaching Hospitals: the Royal London Hospital, St. George's Hospital and King's College Hospital where I am team leader of the women's health team. I have undertaken extensive training in the women’s health field over the last 10 years. I have presented at national and international conferences and written book chapters on the pelvic floor.

Many women restrict their physical activity because they experience bladder leakage or heaviness and dragging in the vagina during certain activities such as walking, running, lifting or jumping. These symptoms can affect quality of life and wellbeing. I have a specialist interest in optimising pelvic health in women to help them get back to exercise/sport to lead the active lifestyle they want to, to keep healthy and happy over a lifetime.

Whether you are eighteen, pregnant, postnatal, coming up to menopause or beyond. I treat all pelvic health conditions. I am passionate about working with women to achieve their personal goals.

I am a mum of two who has a passion for health and fitness. I enjoy lake swimming and trail running.

I am a friendly and caring women's health expert who takes a holistic approach to treatment. I also work in collaboration with other women's health professionals to ensure optimal results for my clients for both their physical and mental wellbeing.

I offer a home visit service in SE London and Kent or work from either Beckenham therapy rooms or Karma studios in West Wickham.

Six Physio Monument Clinic

King William House, 2A Eastcheap, London, EC3M 1AA, UK

3.9 miles away

I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2009 and since then I’ve combined my love of travel with my work, and I’ve worked in Dublin, Uganda, Singapore and now, London!

I’ve worked across a wide range of environments – private and public hospitals, private clinics and gyms. It was when I was working at a clinic in a gym that had a busy nursery and creche attached to it, that I started to understand the importance of being able to help women during pregnancy and postnatally. This was the catalyst to spur me on to study and learn more about the different aspects of women's health physio. I am passionate in working with my clients to help them achieve the goals that they want to achieve.

The Havelock Clinic

10 Harley Street, London, W1G 9PF, UK

5.4 miles away

Hello!

I qualified as a chartered physiotherapist 14 years ago and alongside The Havelock Clinic I work at a central London NHS Trust managing one of the largest pelvic health physiotherapy teams in the UK.

I help people with pelvic floor problems including urinary or faecal incontinence, urinary urgency and frequency, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, difficulties with sex (including pain and erectile dysfunction), chronic pelvic pain and those after prostate surgery. My particular interest is female sex problems (including vulvodynia, vaginismus and persistent genital arousal disorder).

I am very passionate about educating people about their pelvic floor and empowering them to be able to achieve their goals with increased confidence.

I have completed a Masters level postgraduate certificate in physiotherapy in women's health at the University of Bradford. I am the physiotherapist representative on the British Association of Sexual Health & HIV Special Interest Group in Sexual Dysfunction. I am also a member of the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy specialist interest group. I have presented nationally to healthcare professionals and GPs.

Outside of work, I enjoy singing (I’m in a contemporary choir performing at gigs and festivals throughout the year), running and cycling!
